The successful cooperation between the FRANKFURT STYLE AWARD and Texpertise Network by Messe Frankfurt will be further continued and strengthened in 2016. As a result of this collaboration, three talents of the finale 2015 have been offered a special highlight: Their creations of the PIONEERING DESTINY Collection 2015 from the category “ECOlogical Green” were selected by the Greenshowroom Berlin and they are invited to present themselves and their design at the eco-conscious fashion trade fair from January 19th – 21th.
The Greenshowroom and its partner fair Ethical Fashion Show Berlin, both hosted by Messe Frankfurt, make up one the largest fashion events for sustainable fashion. Always taking place during the Berlin Fashion Week, ecology, social responsibility and transparency play a central role. With more than 160 participating labels, the fair expects as many exhibitors as ever before and offers a top-class program with two fashion shows, a showcase, talks and podium discussions that offer excellent information and networking opportunities. Famous names from the worlds of fashion, politics, film and television will take the podium and attend in the audience.
What a great opportunity for our upcoming designers to network with other designers and visitors. The FRANKFURT STYLE AWARD Team will of course be there as well and we are already looking forward to great conversations and inspiration from the fashion world.
Following finalists were selected by the Greenshowroom for their creative achievement in eco-conscious fashion design: Ralina Akhmetova, University of Pforzheim, Julia Eschment, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hannover, Anne Lonnes, FDI Fashion Design Institut Düsseldorf.
