The FRANKFURT STYLE AWARD was invited to the Greenshowroom during the Berlin Fashion Week. Three designs of the Pioneering Destiny Collection 2015 were selected for their creative achievement in eco-conscious fashion design by the Greenshowroom and were exhibited at the green fashion fair. At FRANKFURT STYLE AWARD’s own stand, the upcoming designers presented themselves and their designs, networked with other visitors and designers and even met VIPs. The opening of the fair was hosted by Olaf Schmidt, Vice President for Textiles & Textile Technologies at Messe Frankfurt GmbH and actress Ursula Karven, testimonial for an eco-fashion label.
A high-end program with two fashion shows complemented the fair.
Our talents were given a very special highlight: Politicians Renate Künast and Katrin Göring-Eckardt of the German green political party took their time to visit the FRANKFURT STYLE AWARD stand. They were both impressed by the creative designs and lively chatted with our Award winner Anne Lonnes about her dress “Reincarnation” – made out of over 3.000 plastic spoons!
Berlin was the last stop of the Pioneering Destiny Collection 2015. The roadshow of this year’s World of Contradictions Collection will be headed to Paris and Shanghai. The Call for Entry 2016 runs until February 29th.
