Anastasia Liebe is this year’s FRANKFURT STYLE AWARD Outstanding Talent 2015. Her design “Prisma”, with 8,000 rhinestones and 12 meters of painted white silk, captivated the audience and the jury. With her piece of art, the 28 year-old from Rüsselsheim and Graduate of the University of Applied Sciences Trier demonstrated her commitment to haute-couture. The iridescent colors and artistic skill of her sketch impressed the jury already in the preliminary round of the Contest. The long dress “Prisma” seems to glow like a rainbow and the transparent silk of the design flows like a light wind.
The native-born Kazakhstani is completely taken by haute-couture. For her passion she fearlessly sewed all 8,000 rhinestones by hand onto her dress, despite bloody fingers. Liebe is proud to have won the internationally renowned Award and sees it as validation to continue creating unique haute couture pieces for clients with high demands. Her greatest role-model in the fashion world isAlexander McQueen, but she is also inspired by labels such as Versace and Dolce & Gabanna.
Anastasia Liebe is well on her way to reaching the stars of the fashion heaven. She already know how to carry herself and makes a very personable impression on stage. From Paris to Milan and then from Turin to Rome, during the FRANKFURT STYLE AWARD Roadshow she will be up close and personal on the forefront of the international fashion world . On September 14th, she was invited to Paris for a Defile of the FRANKFURT STYLE AWARD Collection at Texworld & ApparelSourcing. The next highlight of the tour is in October for Expo Milan, where alongside the Hessian Delegation, invited by Minister of Economy, Energy, Traffic and Development Tarek Al-Wazir, she will see a catwalk presentation of the FRANKFURT STYLE AWARD. Next on her itinerary for Italy is a visit to Mattioli Jewelry in Turin. Later in Rome, she will present her design “Prisma” at Roma Fashion Week.
We wish our Outstanding Talent 2015 Anastasia Liebe the best of luck and are excited to see what she will create in the future!
