Shenkar is doing it again and Big time! Shenkar won’t let Corona stop them. Shenkar students won first places at an international fashion competition held on Saturday in Frankfurt. We Have A Winner -David Cohen, a student from Shenkar, won first place (Outstanding Talent). Also Aviram Pima, Gal Benjamin and Rotem Yitzhaki among the winners. Israeli pride!

Call for Entry for the FRANKfurtstyleaward 2019 is now open

It’s time for the FRANKfurtstyleaward 2019. The call for entry is now open! HEIMAT 4.0 is the motto of the FRANKfurtstyleaward 2019. The FRANKfurtstyleaward is now open for three levels: STUDENTS (students who are enrolled at international fashion & design schools) MASTER CLASS (master students) NEWCOMER (newcomer/alumni with own label, finalists of past FRANKfurtstyleawards – no age limit) We invite you to provide the term with a new set of clothes. Fashion reflects Heimat. But what does the reflection show? Do we have to revolutionize Heimat? Or do we have to return to our roots? HEIMAT as a fashion(able) market place is now opened. Show us how fashion translates Heimat. Affirmatively or surprisingly? What can fashion tell us about Heimat? Midnight Muse by Anastasia Liebe Couture

Anastasia Liebe, FRANKfurtstyleaward Outstanding Talent 2015, presented 10 dresses from her currenct collection at the award gala. With her design “Prisma”, an evening gown made 12 meters of silk, Anastasia Liebe was chosen as the Outstanding Talent of FRANKfurtstyleaward 2015. Since then she has successfully established her own label Anastasia Liebe Couture – a true success story of FRANKfurtstyleaward. At the gala on 10th November she presented 10 of her beautiful dresses in the show “Midnight-Muse”.  

FRANKfurtstyleaward enchants the Frankfurt Book Fair with THE ARTS+

At the invitation of THE ARTS +, the FRANKfurtstyleaward presented a selection of the TOP60 COLLECTION 2017 at the Frankfurt Book Fair last Sunday. Following the appearance at Avantex Paris in September and the current exhibition of six finalist designs at the MyZeil shopping center, the fashion show at THE ARTS+ was the third stop of the FRANKfurtstyleaward COLLECTION 2017’s roadshow.
