It’s time. The FRANKfurtstyleaward is entering its 12th round in 2020 with the motto BENEFITS of CHANGE. Applications can be submitted from December 1, 2019 to February 28, 2020.
This year, the FRANKfurtstyleaward will be again present at the Frankfurt Book Fair with a stand in Hall 4.1, N 96. As part of the cultural festival THE ARTS+, the “FRANK® for FUTURE Award” will be presented for the first time on Sunday, 20 October at 14.00 hrs. the ten winners from the TOP60 Collection of this year’s international talent competition, which was held under the motto HEIMAT 4.0, will be shown on the catwalk of the THE ARTS+ stage. The ten young talents were awarded the “Hessischer Nachwuchspreis für Fashion & Design” in June 2019. Which platform would be better suited for talented young designers than the festival on the future of the creative and cultural economy THE ARTS+ at the Frankfurt Book Fair? And the FRANKfurtstyleaward is right in the middle of it. The Finale Show of the FRANKfurtstyleaward 2019 is getting closer and closer. It will take place on June 29, 2019 from 14.00 hrs. at the Tendence trade fair in Frankfurt.
Age limit of 35 years is rescinded / application deadline ends February 28, 2019 Kronberg/Frankfurt, February 5, 2019 – The 11th call for entry for the FRANKfurtstyleaward is already in full swing and has attracted active participation by alumni, students and nearly 1000 schools from all over the world. The registration deadline runs until the end of February 2019. The finale on June 29, 2019 with fashion shows and awards ceremony will – for the first time – take place at Tendence, the trade fair for consumer goods for your home — furnishing, decorating, gifts, jewelry, fashion supplies, kitchen and home textiles — in Frankfurt am Main. For the first time, participation is split into three categories: STUDENTS, MASTER CLASS and NEWCOMER. What in the past ten years has only been reserved for fashion and university students is now being extended to three categories due to popular demand: master students and newcomers with their own label, as well as alumni and finalists of past FRANKfurtstyleawards – without any age restrictions. The FRANKfurtstyleward will be continued in 2019. The motto of the international contest for young design talents is HEIMAT 4.0. The 11th “Call for Entry” of the FRANKfurtstyleaward wants to redefine “Heimat” (home, homeland) and invites young fashion & design talents to provide the term with a new set of clothes.
