More finalists, more recognition and even more partners for the fashion metropolis Frankfurt! For its anniversary, the FRANKfurtstyleaward will return to the most international scene of the region – the Fraport-Forum at Frankfurt Airport.
An independent expert jury will elect tomorrow’s fashion design decision makers out of the TOP60.
Fashion is a major economic factor. The coveted FRANKfurtstyleaward discovers and encourages young fashion creators from all over the world. This year, the finale of the international talent contest will take place in the Fraport-Forum on November 10, 2017. Anniversary patron and keynote speaker of the FRANKfurtstyleaward GALA 2017 is Star Designer Harald Glööckler. For the anniversary edition of the FRANKfurtstyleaward, the guests of the Award Gala await a very special highlight: the fashion show “Couture of the Opera” by Berkan Design with first class tenor and Pavarotti student Deniz Leone.

The independent jury will not have it easy this year. Among the TOP60 finalists are outstanding fashion students from all over the world with future-oriented creations according to the leading theme “Modern Reality”. Among the TOP60 finalists are fashion design students, mainly from Germany, Europe and overseas. During the award ceremony of the Gala, the winners will have the chance to win, among other prizes, scholarship programs at the Haute Future Fashion Academy Milan. Furthermore, there are five prizes of the highest award “FRANK® – The Trophy“.
The unique designs of the TOP60 will be part of the FRANKfurtstyleaward COLLECTION 2017/18. In addition to various prizes, the FRANKfurtstyleaward is expanding its international Roadshow this year with another international appearance in New York.
The official award ceremony under the patronage of the City of Frankfurt’s Deputy Mayor, Head of the Department of Economy, Sports, Public Safety and Fire Prevention, Markus Frank is celebrated with the main sponsors of the Frankfurt Economic Development GmbH, Fraport AG, Messe Frankfurt as well as many committed enablers, friends and invited guests at Fraport-Forum.
